Video doesn`t play

When I import a video file I press play and the video doesn`t move but the playback goes on.

Even with the old projects the video doesn`t play anymore.

Help please !

My Artist Mix Oled is not working in one channel, It's completely black, It doesn't show nothing.

Eucon 3.6.1 already installed.

Ok, but How about compare the price between PT and Cubase for example. And how about Logic Pro X. I think by the PT's price It should be fair we have VCA faders for PT native users.
