Silver 5MC here on Big Sur with PT Ultimate and runs even better than on Catalina. I had the odd quirk on Catalina where I'd have to restart everything if it wouldn't see the computer but on Big Sur...

You need to exit the MC software to get back to the operating system, click on the 'Start' pop up on the bottom of the screen and navigate to control panels where you'll find the mouse controls....

Ahhh, now I see!!! Sorry, I didn't realize you needed to hold the softkey down and then select the channel on the desk. Perfect, thanks so much, that's totally solved my problem!

Ah, I'd forgotten about that! Thanks Serge, that's a bit more useful. I still can't get the softkeys to change anything, maybe someone from Avid might be able to clarify why...
