PT 12 Not in Ilok

I have a 4 year Pro Tools 10 academic subscription that was updated to 11. I now want to update to 12 but I don't understand how to get Pro Tools 12 listed in my Ilok account.

Yes. The box says...AAX Pro Tools 10 and 11. 32 and 64 bit.

I just installed XLN Addictive Keys to my Mac. From the finder I see it installed on the Mac Drive. When I launch PT11 it's not in the Inserts>plug-in>Instuments drop down menu. How can I get this...
