Should I upgrade from 12.3 to 12.6?

I am running the latest PT (2022.9) and Monterey 12.3.

I'm thinking it might be time to update my OS. PT has been running OK, but my machine occasionally has other problems so I'd like to update...

Repeatable failure case:
Trash PT Prefs
Launch PT
Open simple session with one instrument track running Kontakt with Metropolis Ark 1. Same results with Alicia's Keys.
Works fine
Quit PT...

<plugin-name>GUI.xml

varifi not showing up in my plugins list

Just freshly installed PT11.3.1 on a fresh install of yosemite.

scifi, rectifi and lofi all show up in the list just fine.
All four plugins (scifi, rectifi, lofi, varifi) .aaxplugin files exist...

More info ...

I am running both PT10 and PT11.

In PT10 the groove templates show up fine.

In PT11, none of them show up - not even the factory supplied folders.

I have reproduced a playlist editing bug with a minimal session and would like to file a bug with Digi. Does anyone know the procedure for that?

When you set the pro tools clock to optical, PT is expecting a clock to come in on the optical port. Since you don't have anything plugged in to that, you have no clock for the 003.
