considering the K8V and A8V and A8V-E work very well with the 001, i think it's fairly safe to assume that the K8V-SE will be fine too.

i can't remember when waves 3.5 was released but as far as i remember it only works with PT 5.x

waves are now up to v5.3 and PT (as i'm sure you know) is up to 7.

you should consider the A8N series boards (A8N-SLI Premium). better performance than A8V but on the down side it's double the cost.
