Fast Track C400 USB Disabled

I have a Fast Track C400 and recently got a new MacBook Pro. Whenever I plug the C400 into the Mac's USB, the power on light of the Fast Track doesn't come on very bright, like there's not enough...

My issue has been that as soon as I plug it into my Mac, it gives me a message that the USB ports have been disabled? Any suggestions there?
