Hi,
Yes, I'm the admin, but sometimes it seems to treat me as if I'm not. I can't tell if I'm operating as a user or the admin when I try to make settings changes.

I tried uninstall and reinstall. It never asked for access to the Documents folder. I do see that my Documents folder offers read and write privileges to all users. Anything else to try? Thanks.

Templates Disabled

The templates do not populate and I cannot select "create from template" when beginning a new session. It is disabled. I've had templates that worked before, but recently updated to 2024.10 Protools....
