how to get the free upgrade to PT HD 10

dear all,

I upgrade my system HD3 from PT HD8 into PT HD9 since 2nd Dec 2011 and already succeed register, I heard that if I did the upgrade into PT 9 at that time , I will received free upgrade...

MBox 3 Mini comes with USB 1.1, while Mbox 3 comes with USB 2.0,

I did all the suggestions mentions in this forum, nothing help until I changed the Ex. HD as I mentioned above.

now even if I using 2 processors it work perfectly:D

Finally I solved it , I win, hahaha , thanks God, teken long time but finally it's done

What I did before: I used LACIE 750GB external HD connected to the iMac via 800 to 400 FW...

I did as you said my iMac has Intel Core2Duo, I set it to 1,

but still same problem,

no boday can help me, It is very helpful if DIGIsupport share me the problem I have!!! :(

for testing I created new session with 4 empty track and I played it , before reach 60 sec the message 6093 came again !!! and the strange thing is if I leave the message for a...

1-connecting the external hard drive to the iMac using the 800 to 400 firewire cable converter.

I just take you advice ,

I bought LACIE 750MB external HD I connected 800port of iMac to it, and 003rack is connected to the other port in the LACIE HD, I created one track session on the LACIE HD...
