We narrowed it down to one of the Ciscos showing packet errors on one of the ports (even with other cables). A factory reset of the switch and re-loading the config cleared it up. No more odd clicks...

Yeah I've been through that. All seems to be good.

One room is a native system running DVS as PT playback engine into the Solaro. The other is a HDn+8x8x8 rig running AES into the Neutrino plus Mac audio via DVS into the Neutrino via Dante for Mac...

Dante figures out a master clock automatically. I have set DC up so that either Xilica A or B are preferred masters. DVS can only ever be follower anyway. So even without any preferred leader set in...

Yes, well when connected to the interface via DVS otherwise there's no way to hear something ;-)

Sorry for the confusion.

Mac A and Mac B are on the same network with 2 Xilica Dante Interfaces. When Mac B, Xilica B shut down, Mac A and Xilica A start clicking.
There are normally no Dante...

No, not on the affected machine. I use SoundSource on my machine (the one that doesn't click) without issues.

not related to MTRX but posting here as I suspect most Dante expertise in this section...
We're having an odd issue with clicks and clocking errors with DVS patched to a Xilica Solaro FR1...
