I received an email from Chant Peck of Avid, and he confirmed that S6L will not talk to PT10… at least not "officially" supported.

Has anybody tried S6L via AVB with ProTools 10.3 HD on OSX 10.8.5 Mountain Lion?

I ask because this PT config has been the most solid recording wise, since PT 7.4.

Oleef, it's plug-in dependent. if i'm not mistaken, you can clear overs with at least Digi and Waves plugins, but not on others.

back in PT7, the command "Set selection start/end to incoming time code while stopped" worked fine. as long as Sync HD saw Time Code, i can hit the down arrow button, and the cursor will follow.

yeah pretty sure.

mind you, that i'm not talking about when something is peaked (red). i'm talking about just clearing the meter in general (in the "pk" field on the Tracks), e.g., if meter shows...

the shortcut is Option + C.

i recall back in PT7, i can do this shortcut key command, and it will clear the meter (pk) every time. now sometimes it wants to do it, sometimes it won't.
