D-Show Profile Headphone output Issue

I've found strange headphone output issue at D-Show Profile Control surface of my customer.
when I tested with mono source, it's ok. but when I tested with stereo source, It heared...

I've tried with d-show 2.8.1 software for D-Show venue system. it's not for SC48.
and it's for all venue system described at AVID support page.
