The only other thing to try is another power supply, if that doesn't help, I suspect it's a hardware fault.

That sounds like the firmware is crashing. Is the firmware uptodate ?

The power button is actually a soft power button. It talks to the software, disconnects from EuControl and then sleeps the unit(or its supposed too). What do you see on the OLED's when you try and...
