The mono sinus is on a stereo channel, going to out of pro tools on 1-2.
In this way they shouldn't be any phase issues on the phasemeter = +1

But it's almost in 0 on the phasemeter...

There is no phase reversal on the preamp part. It's easy to make a phase reverse cabel though. Make a short xlr -> xlr cabel. And in one of the ends, shift around pin 2 & 3. Always good to have...

Optical outputs can't handle more than 48k. There is some workarounds like RME who uses 2 optical outs to achieve 96k, but it's not an option with the 192 interface.
