Thanks Park for your response and sorry for the delay in my own.
So Im running PT LE 8.0cs3 on Mac 10.5.8.
Both computers recognize the ilok but just not PT nor the ilok site.

I was having the same problem until I realized my
controller had multiple zones or groups active.
- When I reset my controller to a single zone, it
corrected the problem.
