Sorry to say but I cannot recommend this product. Pro Tools Le.
Just look at all the issues we are all having.
Is this normal?
Is this acceptable?
Avid is way behind the curve.

I have a similar prob with my mbox...I suspect it may be the hardware...dirt or corrosion within the housing on the knobs can cause this effect similar to a dirty "pot".
