Yeah, that's very annoying. There are two ways to avoid that,
1. uncheck the "Respond to grooves notes" in the Play option button (right side), or...
2. Click on the 'Current Grooves' bar (top) to...

maybe the dll that got scanned by the adapter is the x64 version, so it failed at detection?

and, have you tried to disable UAC?

that's what i mean, bridging them to 64bit, is that possible?

cause there are some really nice synthedit stuffs which worth to use inside pro tools 11 (just my opinion)

try to see if there is other application that use the asio4all driver running at background (use Task manager)
example, app like ie explorer, mozilla, wm player, etc...

fyi, asio4all is not...

i got this problem too. win7 sp1, pt 10.3.6.

was just fine when using 10.3.3

Until Pro Tools 10.3.3, the ReWire RTAS plug-in is still the same, no any improvement

And i think it's very easy for Avid to update PT's ReWire plug-in so it can be set up in much more quicker,...

Maximum faders of Profile are 96, is this correct? But there's a Profile system bundle which say 128 channels of playback and recording. Please, any explanation of this?

It's a great idea man...

But this type of plug-in already exist. You can check Xlutop's Chainer, www.xlutop.com. But it's a VST plugin and you need to convert it to RTAS to test it.

actually, with the same system but with eleven rack, everything runs good even at 128 samples playback and recording. so it's might not be the hard drive problem. could digi help please?
