Pro Tools is set to follow meter and conductor track is enabled? You absolutely sure there is no temp automation on the conductor track?

Glad you got it sorted out. There are too many layers of stupid things here scattered in too many places. Pro Tools does needs a clean up of basic MIDI stuff, and a lot more to improve the MIDI...

I am not defending it, I'm just saying what I measure. And I understand the impact. But those negative offsets only happen for me with interface digital ports, where the I/O is faster than Pro Tools...

So the numbers you are seeing are the DLY latency comp numbers show for a track with a single insert on it right? And you have H/W insert set to 0.00 in all cases?

Something changed, I would guess corrupt session or bad plugin,... are the most likely causes. If you have possibly good backups of the session be careful not to overwrite them.

The DigiLink license is (was) only used by Pro Tools Ultimate so no it cannot be that. And even if it could be it’s not going to block inputs but not outputs.

Systems Settings>Security & Privacy>Privacy>Microphone

You need to enable "Microphone" access for any apps that have audio input.

Failing that it might be a wee bit helpful if...
