Pro Tools 12 - 7.1.2 Patch order/Format support?

Hi all,

I was wondering if my PT HD 12.5 supports 7.1.2 Patch order, could not find it in the IO.

The highest I see is 7.1

If not, what would be the first version to support it?

Thanks. I didn't mean to relate ARA with Bouncing in any way, it was just my thought to wait for the feature and then to upgrade. I was hoping to get the RX transcript feature with ARA too. :)

As far as I understand, PT Waveform display is limited to show signal up to 0dbfs. Anything above will be represented flat to 0.

I could not find a better solution. It's not really a biggie once you get used to it. If you use 5 to 10 side-chains per project let's say, it takes you less than a minute to check if all are set...

The workaround for me is: using the specific plugin first in the chain or using "Freeze up to this insert" option.

Lucky me. I think I found the culprit!

Finally, out of desperation I tried using Windows Audio Device as a playback engine and Voilà! It worked perfectly. I tested for 1 hour and it worked.
