That's my point, why not have a shortcut key assigned since the switch lives outside of the preferences tab. This reminds me of how much I prefer to assign my own key customizations

I use 8.5.3 in the studio, my lab is 6.2.1 -very outdated.

My studio is still PT 9.0.6 - but the Lab is PT8 LE which requires the M-Boxes so I have to upgrade to get away from those USB...
