They come with OSX pre installed. Just switch the comp on and follow instructions. It'll only ask you for one disk. The first software restore disk that says OS9 on it.

Yeah that's right, Spectre. It's intermittent and I couldn't say why that is. And it doesn't start up right away, only after the machine's heated up I guess. But since I've had the Ground Loop...

Thank you for that info seconds passed. The machine I have ordered is certainly dual boot, and my dealer added as an aside that it had a firewire 800 port - anyway the firewire port is not important...
