The price goes up upon renewal.... so as an example, if you are to expire in January 2025, you wouldn't receive an email with your changes until that timeframe - I believe renewal reminders...

You can buy a support renewal plan for the old price until May 1st but after that time, the price does increase depending on what you own. I tried to check your MyAvid but I don't see any...

I checked and if you renew before the increase, it should add 365 days to your plan and then you should have a new expiration date of November 2025.
