I've got the same issue. My iLock shows that my PT Ultimate subscription renewed but the Avid Complete Plugin Bundle did not.

Yesterday I had set up a usb/midi keyboard to do some sample playback through Structure Free. When I disabled the keyboard as a midi controller, the problem cleared right up....
