I have the same problem with 11.2 when bouncing. Not happening every time, though. Tried going back to 11.1.3 and the problem stopped occurring.

Now I'm back on 11.2 again.

I just did a clean install of the OS and Pro tools, and the
QuickTime_OPServer (Not responding) x2

Video isn't playing at all in Pro Tools 11.1.2 and Mavericks 10.9.2, and I get both

I have tried 002 with Pro Tools 11.0.3 and Mavericks and this seems to work fine, also the control surface. With PT 10.3.6 the audio interface was working, but no controls.
