The problem is that all of my PT Sessions, old and new, are exhibiting the same issue.

Thanks Mike! I tried that as well while I was on the phone with Digi Tech Support and even in a brand new session, the cursor does the same thing..

No rewire. I've tried opening other PT sessions and it does the same thing there, too.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Pro Tools. No luck there either.

This is bizarre..

Thanks to you as well, Shawn. This was one of the first things I tried. I tried enabling and disabling that again to no avail.

Still no looping, still jumping back before playing.

Hey man,

Looks like you're on the right path. A couple things:

1) The Beta 58/A is generally considered to be a vocal mic. You will not get the deep low end you're looking for with that mic....
