Yea, i tried that, but it doesn't affect the import audio pro tools search :-(

its actually a nightmare if you are doing a sfx job!! - the workspace window within pro tools is just crazy crazy...

Thanks everyone! the avid DNxHR helps a lot, a big noticeable difference, still a little bit of a delay - definitely not as quick as it is without having a video in the session,

There must be 1000's of people renting pro tools 12, and would like tp pay an extra 60 dollars a month to get HD - surely it makes good business sense to make that an easy thing to do??
