i now actually have a momentary action for this TCE + Smart Tool

i hold down "X" on my keyboard, and it changes to TCE (time compression) WITH the Smart Tool
i release the "X" and changes back...

exactly, need modifier, for productivity, repetitive tasks,

having to re engage the smart tool is not practical,

Audiofarm, thank you, crazy. we have to setup scripts, and macros, to perform such a simple task,

and elastic audio is not an option for my editing workflow,
