We actively track the number of cases associated with bugs. Bugs with higher cases counts tend to get prioritized higher.

Yes, you still have the PT Parachute license, it has just been rebranded in line with the Tiers release. Everything mentioned before is still valid.

If you sell/transfer Carbon to another person, we will transfer the hardware and software.
