Thanks for the quick reply! And you're right. It's the connecters on the wires running from the power supply to the circuts. Sweetwater is sending a new one, and a little wiggle of the connecters...

I have the 867 dual w/ 002 and it smokes! I would recommend at least a gig of RAM with it. Also, if someone said to go with a 10,000 rpm HDD, they may not know these systems too well.

It Rocks! On a Dual 867 w/ Digi002. But it also loaded all the things I didn't want from the updates, like Safari and everything short of the ipod software. It felt like Microsoft wrote the update.

I've been using my MD Dual 867 running both X and 9.2 I've been tracking in X and effecting in 9. I can't wait to move over 100% but it's all about the cost of plug$. The computer is fine!

If this, the DUC, is meant to be a form of support, it lacks. The old DUC was simple and easy to read. This new version sucks and is not helpful. Come on Digi!
