I recently upgraded one of my Macs from Ventura to Sonoma, and the location of this setting has changed. See attached screenshot.

Those are URL encoded characters (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Percent-encoding). The %20 is the space character. No idea why DADman would need to URL encode filenames.
