Probably low voltage from the Power Supply then. Glad we tracked it down!

Yes, I spoke to the engineer and there's an issue with the touch. Seems to be a grounding issue that not making the touch sense work. Try moving to a different room and see if it changes first.

Alos is this with all controls (pan, sends etc.) ? A video showing this would help too.

That doesn't sound right at all, just to confirm you are running EuControl 3.7 and PT12 ? Do the faders work OK ?

Its 24 pulses per 360 per phase but there are many different subtleties. I suspect these are special versions for Avid. You would have to contact Mouser or someone like that to see if they can get...

Note: This is unsupported by Avid and any damage to your unit is your responsibility.

To find out whether the encoder or the IC is the issue, with the unit running touch one of the larger Encoder...

They are encoders not pots and they are hard to replace unless you have good soldering skills. Customer Service may be able to get you one if you call them, let me know if not.
