Can you try something for me. Shut down PT/EUCON. Then rename your computer...can be just 1 character change. Restart and see if the WS shows up now? If this doesn't work please run the installer and...

Not having the WS in the Workstation tab would be the cause. Can you screen grab it for me to make sure we are talking about the same thing?

Can you try a couple of things. Check the Workstation tab in EuControl, make sure the workstation is in the right and checked. make sure you dont have Eternal workstations checked. Focus away from PT...

Not the same issues.

If the Control App isnt showing in EuControl, try the restart EUCON Apps from the notification Icon. Force restart the Tablet.
