Postponed until all this unneeded support plan nonsense starts making any (long term) sense...

I can hardly believe they *seriously* recommend this option to a purchaser of an HD-system who lets the annual support plan lapse.

But then again, it may be "invented" as part of the pressure on...

For my time zone this simply means no immediate support during local business hours.

The support plans are only meant to meet accounting criteria, to protect shareholders investments and listing on Nasdaq.

You didn't really think they were meant for the benefit of customers, now...
