I already tried to install and un-install it 3 times on different sets.. Still having the Codec Missing alert. After installing PT12.7 all works fine again.

Pro Tools 12.8 on Sierra gives the same...

I have it as well. Its sooooooooo annoying!! Because command S is something I'm doing all the time..

Sometimes I can still quit protools and other times I have to restart the whole machine.

I have the same problem! Verrry annoying!!
Especially if the vocalist has their headphones at 11.
They almost die on me when the pop is played back..

The problem is that you don't know wich side the analog convertor is going to flip. Sometimes it's up.. and sometimes it starts down.. this is totally random.
