Major crashes here. Seemed to work yesterday for a few hours. Today PT crashes on start up every time within seconds. Tried to reinstall version 12.0 and 12.3 but same problems. Version 11 runs well....

Leftalive, thank you for your reply. You were correct. I was looking into the PT 11 folder, which was also in my app folder. Now I found the folder. Thanks a lot!

Thank you for your suggestions, but strangely enough, there are no plugins in this folder. It's empty. I even tried to make the hidden files visible. It contains 0kB.
Any other suggestions?

I removed a bunch of plugins I never use and at start up, PT automatically reinstalls removed tax plugins. How can I stop this behavior? These are the ones:

I also think this is the problem. It probably draws a lot of power.

Maybe I should also mention that I get no sound out of Pro Tools. The problem is not only when starting up. All outputs stay...

I've had this 'problem' also. It's why you don't hold the right click knob of your mouse long enough when you click it. If you click it once with the ctrl engaged, you activate another shortcut...

Correct, you have to mute all other tracks, but not just muting them with the 'm' button, or making them inactive. You have to actually select the unwanted regions and mute them with 'cmd +m'.
