Aaron - that was a superb score. Did you create the visuals as well?

Hello my old cycle friends, it's been too long and it's good to see familiar faces. How have you'll been travelling? Thought it about time I publish something. I'm proud of this project and think it's worthy sharing with you'll fine folk. Enjoy or not.
drh yeah mate all sound design and video footage was created by me. My Tuhua Aurora you tube channel has all the details but the footage was captured using a Sony NEX VG-20EH, edited with Premiere Pro and treated with After Effects. Audio via Minimoog Voyager Old School but sampled/re-recorded and processed with an Elektron Octatrack and Pro Tools. Sound track was aligned in Premiere. The project wasn't easy, it took six months traveling and compiling but the sound track wrote it's self like a demon possessed. That's me. |

Here's a song that was recorded and mixed by me at my studio. It's in french sorry if you don't understand the lyrics. The signer is my niece she wanted to make a demo, male vocal is her brother. Song is not mastered.

Here's a little something I did a few months back. The artist just got around to uploading the video.
Artist: Drum & Bell Tower Song: War Tonight Background: I offered my services for free in order to test out my mobile rig in a live recording environment. I'm relatively happy with the results. Everything was recorded with my Focusrite interface and OctoPre, through a custom ISO split snake into my MBP powered ProTools 10 rig. The show ran for over an hour without a hiccup from the system. The video is shot with a GoPro Hero 3, I was too rushed to double check the shot. But it worked out well to see D&B's feet. Enjoy, I'm off to set him up in a cabin this weekend to record his new album. http://youtu.be/dJHSO24H5CQ |
