PT 10.3.7 on IMac not recognize MBoxPro
 

I have an IMac, OSX 10.8.4. When I upgraded to ProTools 10, I bought an MBox Pro for an interface and it worked. About a month ago it stopped recognizing the MBox interface. I upgraded to Pro Tools 10.3.7, did a clean install for Pro Tools, uninstalled my MBox Pro driver and then installed Mbox Pro driver 1.2.2 and still nothing. I called Avid support and waited 45 minutes to get a tech person, who said he would get a tech person to call me back, and told me a "clean uninstall" and reinstall should do it. It didn't. A tech person did not call me back. I have about the best hardware you can get, with extra RAM, screaming fast and maximum memory and a 1 terabyte external drive, and I still get stopped about every 4-5 months with software glitches from ProTools. I get an error message when ProTools boots up now. Can anybody help?

Sorry to hear about your problems but if anyone here is gonna be able to help we need way more info about your system and error windows etc
