Video sync drifts

Do people here experience video sync drift even though their system is genlocked?
I am currently using a BM UltraStudio Express video card feeding HDMI signal to a laser projector and after a hour or so of editing the sync is noticeably off. Restarting PT or the projector, or disconnect/reconnect the HDMI seems to return things to normal.
I am starting to wonder if the HDMI is the problem as I have tested 3 projectors of the same make and the problem persists.

What Decklink driver are you running?
Drivers 11.5 and 11.6 are known to drift.

With 11.4.1 the video engine took an age to launch and then failed! I guess this BM driver version is too old. Reverting back up to 12.1.
