Looking for someone who has working PT7 system
 

I have files from 2005 in PT7 format I need session files converted to .ptx files.

It doesn't need to be a PT7 system, it can be a PT 8,9,10(or newer) system. Current versions SHOULD open, but there are plenty of PT10 systems being used. The important questions are:
1-are the old files Mac or PC
2-is the audio format SD II or aiff
If the answer is yes, then you need to find a Mac user. If the old sessions were done on a PC, then I can probably help(shoot me a PM)
In any case, as you are the originator of this thread, I suggest changing the title to "need to convert .pts to .ptx".

Having said all this, why are you not able to do this yourself(what is preventing you opening these older sessions)?
