any brand microfibre cleaningh cloth will do just fine

Yup! Got plenty of those! I need some sort of moisture other than water to remove built up finger schmutz. I was wondering if some of these commercial cleaning wipes would work ok, like Endust for Electronics wipes that can be used on computer screens and tablets https://www.amazon.com/Screen-Electr...ag=googhydr-20

always be careful when you use any kind of alcohol on any kind of plastic. microfibre and water is just fine

ive used a small vaccum then windex with paper towels. not sure it it messes up the surface. seems fine.
