edit with transport & PT8
 

Hello,

I would like to jog in a region (clip) and be able to "separate" when I find the spot (common edit task isn't it?). How do I proceed? It is fairly easy to program the edit function on the key pad. But it seems that it is not possible to stay in "jog mode" to "separate". I have to "stop" and I loose my spot. I can do it with Logic pro 8. I guess it's me because this is such a basic task...
Can you tell me how to do it? Thanks.
