consolidate in pro tools 22.9
 

hi, new here!
yesterday I updated my pro tools from 21 to 22.9 and i realize i can't consolidate my edited tracks anymore (alt+shift+3), instead, i have to used group option (ctrl+alt+g):mad:
is someone having the same problem? or pro tools doesn't have that feature anymore? :confused:

FWIW, it is under the Edit menu in 2022.10. Not sure if it was moved during the 2021.x period.

Alt-shift-3 still works fine here. Maybe its time to trash prefs?

What "3" are you using? The one above the QWERTY keys or the "3" on the Num Pad. If the Num Pad, be sure the Num Lock is on.

FWIW, I only have used the #3 in the QWERTY area(along the top):o

Me too, but some people have claimed in other threads that they used the Num Pad "3", without they said, having to have Num Lock on, but now they need to have Num Lock on after a Pro Tools update. Not sure how not having the Num Lock worked?

I just made the Tilde key Consolidate.
