Welcome.

What you need is a Wave driver for your Mbox. Unfortunatly none exists for Vista 64 (or 32 for that matter). You do know that Vista 64 is not a qualified operating system, right?

Best bet? Enable your on-board sound and use the Mbox for JUST Pro Tools, and let the onboard handle everything else.
Digi designed their hardware and software to work as a unit, but they DiDN't design their hardware to be a universal sound card.
And what he said. Til further notice, Pro Tools was created for a 32-bit platform.

This is what I do. Get a good pair of computer speakers, plug em in the back, and your done.
