We're not actively recruiting beta testers at the moment, but you can fax in your resume along with what you are interested in testing, addressed to "Beta Testing", to our main fax line at (650) 842-7999. If your system & experience matches something we might be looking for when we begin recruiting additional beta sites, we will contact you. We do get a number of requests, so the Beta Testing Department will only be able to contact you if you are chosen as a candidate. Be sure to include all of the details (software and hardware) of your current system.

Thanks for the tip, Pro Tools4! I used to work for an authorized reseller, so I'm hip to the headache potential...but I think it might be cool to be part of the development machine and put my 2 cents in (for what it may be worth, anyway).

At least the folks at Digi seem to be paying attention to the User's Group postings and responding quickly...that's a welcome change from a couple of years ago.

Thanks to all,
Bighead

You gotta be a special breed to be a beta tester... who needs the headaches during a session? I have enough as it is... And the continual record keeping? You gotta be a tweakhead I would think... Give me stable software and let me go to work... thank you very much...

It is great to put in your $.02 and hopefully make it a better world, software, whatever.
I wish to with hold my Beta nghtmare story but VERY angry clients in the same room with you is like be caged in with a pissed off Bobcat. AKA no fun!

I'm sure Digi would listen to whatever cool ideas wehave as long as it has a price point, marketing scheme/campain, and a place in the market.

If this world ran on good ideas we would all have mid engine turbo V-8 posi rear wheel drive 2 and 4 doors that get 22street 29Hwy MPG.
