Double Click session file will open PT, but not session

When I double click a session file, Protools LE will load, but not open the session. Once protools is open, Double clicking the session file will open the session.

I don't have this issue on my TDM system. Is this a known bug?

Yeah, known bug. Has existed for a while, not new to 7.4.
