Protools 2020 Mac Catalina Just Crashes
 

Hi just downloaded the 2020 Protools and opened to select song menu, when I select a song previously made Protools just crashes without any message, tried this with several songs and the same thing.


It does open a new song


Mac-Mini 2018
3.2gHz 6-core intel core i7
64gb 2667 MHz DDR4
Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Help appreciated, I went back to 2019 -12 and works just fine again,!!!!

Just to be proactive I reinstalled 2020 again and exactly the same problem. I opened a new track just to look at the new features, added a Click Track and no matter what I tried NO CLICK just the track.

Back to 2019 - 12 again until these bugs are fixed

I do not see this here on macOS 10.15.4 Catalina. What OS are you running?

Hi after trying quite a few things including the update which did not help I discovered that by removing all 3rd party plugins it worked ok. I then started to add back in the plugins and eventually I found the one that was causing the problem so just left it out and has been working ok for the last two hours as I test.
Thanks for the help, this has happened many times before as I have read and is a good check should you get the crash situation.
