Mykhal,
Very nice bass playing. Love the pop that your bass has. Lots of attack with it and you sound like you can work your fingers around the fret board. Very impressive.

Keep it up man!

Liked the SASHA page too. Great 7 string guitarist. Reminded me of Tuck Andress a little.

Good stuff all around man.

and sasha is a great guitarist like you said (and good people too).

i appreciate the knowledge you share on the DUC. keep it comin' man. and i'll be checkin' for your new site to be up and runnin'!!! thanks again. peace...mykhal

"Something Left To Say"

http://www.soundclick.com/bands/page...m?bandID=15678

This is a contemporary country song recorded in Pro Tools LE 6.9 through an 002r with all UAD plugs including the Fairchild, Dreamverb, Plate 160, Channel Strip, 1176LN, LA-2A, heck, it's a veritable poster child for UAD plugs...

Genesis of the song: I had a bad case of writer's block, so I wrote a song about it.

Within Reason

Maybe a dumb question: is there a way to send a signal from an audio track in PTLE to a Reason effects device like the reverb? I am still working on the finer points of the union of these two programs. Originally I would just create a separate PTLE track for each Reason device, but I'm starting to really dig the Reason mixer automation features and effects. The reverb is maybe even a little nicer than DVerb...? Anyone else?

Here is a heavily Reason'd recording with much Reason mixing...

Hey Mykhal

Nice lookin site there. But you need to sort out the sounds. I think I had three different tunes playing at once there at one stage. Had to shut it down. Just too much to take.
Also the intro tune is really loud and distorted.

You got some nice chops but bro!

I'd like to hear more of your stuff, but one at a time would be great

No, not a Mac.... but I am using Firefox so that could be it.
But lots of people are using Firefox so you really should sort that out.
I'll check it in IE.

This one is for INTEL DOC.

Doylemusic finally made it down to my neck of the woods today and we made a quick Jam.

Hey Guys - a Ditty by BigBubbaJ and Doylemusic

Doyle is on the horn, tambo. I am on the other instruments.

We both get engineering and mix credits. I did the mastering. heheeh.

Doyle is a great guy! I'm glad we got to hang today.

Me and my Fiance

Hey guys,

Long time no talk... I've been busy with a bunch of work projects, and also i had a bicycle accident that put me out for a while.
Good news: I am getting married in June, so me and my Fiance came up with the idea to record 3 songs we like and give them away on a CD as our Wedding Favors. She is the Singer and the Keyboard Player, and i do everything else.
The first song was recorded and roughly mixed yesterday. Also i ditched my 002 and got an M-Box 2, since i've been on the move in the past months.
Here is the song: Bless the Broken Road

Tomorrow i might have the 2nd one done. Hope everybody is well.

Peace,

Roger

Doc: nice work on BodyBags man! the vocals have turned around 100% on this one compared to before.

Joz: nice work on myohmy also! good to see new tunes from you guys. It is a diff. style from your usual imho, but it is very spacious which is cool.

Hi Rogerio....it's good to hear from you and congrats on your marriage. This should serve it's purpose well...your fiance has a nice voice, and good job on the 'all the rest' production that you did...

And nice collaborative effort. I agree with Roy, your gal's got a great vox. Not sure if the beat-box backing was my taste, but hey, it works.

Here's a lil' demo mix of an idea I've had floating around for years. I plan on taking a proper pass at it in the very near future.

Antonio Sage\'s remix on Peter Gabriel\'s website

Hi, here is the link to my remix (Logic 7 and Live on one computer, Pro Tools on the other)

It has reached the number 10 spot on this week’s top twenty
on Peter Gabriel's "Real World remixed" website.

http://www.realworldremixed.com/toptwenty.php

I hope that you will find the time to listen to my remix and if you would be so kind to cast a vote, so that I can win the number one spot, I would really appreciate it.

A man has got to do what a man has got to do.

Regards,

Antonio Sage

Re: Let\'s hear your latest stuff....right here

Hmmm, I really need help and advices

This is my real first recording, local radio station plays it, thats ok now, it sounds ok.

But, the national radio in Finland (Yle) says it needs to be remastered, then we might have a chance to get that song where it belongs to, hehe.

Seriously, what are your suggestions?

It is here

http://www.myspace.com/lovepros

The song is called "Pitkaan junaan"

I've done it from the beginning to the end, with MBox. I play everything, except singer sings all parts.

We used Shure Beta 57-mic for vocals, everything else is done ITB.

Drums are from Reason Drum Kits 1

I bought my system about an year ago, so I'm quite newbie, help is REALLY appreciated!!!
