Buffer Errors (6086 and 9128) using Komplete 9 Ultimate Instruments

Hey everyone,

I'm having trouble with buffer errors and I've done a ton of research to try to optimize my system but it's still happening. I just bought Komplete 9 Ultimate which I know a lot of the instruments are CPU hogs but I feel with my system I should be able to do more than what it's allowing me to do. The big thing that gets me is when I watch my CPU usage meter it hovers around 30% all the time and then BAM! it shuts down on me. The error is different every few times. Sometimes I gete 6086 and sometimes I get 9128. I've tried to read up on these but I'm getting very little info I don't already know. Now if i have my CPU usage allowed to 95% I should be able to do a bit more than this I think. Why does it spike up and give me a buffer error?

Here are my current settings that have been giving me the best results in my playback engine.

6 Processors (out of 12)
99% CPU (I just read that 99% is ok as long as you don't have all of your processors selected)
I am using delay compensation as it is necessary for some of my plugins to keep my track in time.
Plug in streaming is at Level 2

System:
Mid 2012 Mac Pro running OSX 10.8.3 (Mountain Lion)
Pro tools 10.3.2 with 003R+ interface
6 Core (12 Virtual) 3.33 GHz Processor Intel Xeon
16 GB of Ram

I'm currently in the process of writing the song. So Latency is definitely a problem. I understand that when I'm mixing I can turn up the buffer to 1024 and I will probably be ok but when I'm writing and recording, I need to be able to keep it around 256...maybe 512. Unfortunately with virtual instruments, low latency monitoring doesn't do me any good.

Anyone have any help they can give for this situation. I feel like my computer should be powerful enough to not crash every few minutes while I'm trying to write. And again, my biggest wonder is why my CPU hovers around 30% and then spikes and kills my playback. Where do these spikes come from? And more importantly how do I stop them?

Thanks for your help, hope I gave enough info. I'm kind of a forum newbie.
