Unable to load 003Rack drivers - PT2022, Win. 10 pro
 
Hello! I'm connecting my 003Rack to a new HP Z440 workstation for the first time (Windows 10 pro, PT 2022.5), but can't seem to download the drivers.

In Device Manger, the firewire "TI 1394 Host Controller" says "working properly", but the "Digidesign&_003Rack" says "no compatible drivers for this device".

When I attempt to download the driver from avid.force.com -
https://avid.secure.force.com/pkb/ar...02-003-Drivers
the link blinks, but no download.

I don't see the "found new hardware" prompt when I reboot the computer with the 003Rack connected.

Any suggestions?

If you copy the URL of the download driver file and paste that into a new web browser tab address bar it should work.

Avid unfortunately seems to have a have trouble with too much basic web stuff.

This happened to someone else about 2 weeks ago and a day or two later, it worked, so I would try every day for several days and keep your fingers crossed:o
