Re: ROCKSTAR chosen !

Re: ROCKSTAR chosen !
Ty was the best by far, and INXS blew it IMO. They said they wanted "different," "new," and someone to take them in a new direction. What they ended up with was a Hutchence sound-alike (and far from the legend). Ty was diverse, experienced, and talented. Many people disagree with me, but I stand my ground.
Ty, you can join me any day bro. rockrev BTW - if I hear that "Pretty" song one more time . . . |
Re: ROCKSTAR chosen !
Hm...
Maybe it's time to revise my signature, Rockrev.. Do you live near NJ by any chance? |
Re: ROCKSTAR chosen !
Nope, deep south (South Carolina). Ty would've brought a new face, new sound, and a new audience. So sad . . .
But I don't hold your fondness of JD against you. He was better for INXS than the others (after Ty, of course). rockrev |

Marty was the better choice IMO. |
Re: ROCKSTAR chosen !
If INXS wanted to "go goth" then Marty would've been the man. Marty was the quasi-Emo, Goth, post-Alternative choice (IMO).

Re: ROCKSTAR chosen !
Now,after all these replies I feel really stupid to start the thread. No one seems to share my opinion, I guess...
