Purchased two Pro Tools yearly subscriptions and haven't received licenses yet. Help.
 
Hello,

Yesterday I bought two Pro Tools yearly subscriptions, one for regular and one for Ultimate. Also, I marked the regular one to be delivered "as a gift" to my brother's email account.

I received the order confirmation email messages, but I haven't received anything related to my iLok activation codes. I also don't see them available in my iLok account or my brother's iLok account.

This is really worrying me as we have to be recording on set on Monday and I purchased these licenses because the ones we currently have are expiring on Sunday.

Please, please help me. I can't be out of licenses on Monday and I shouldn't as I have paid for them in time.

Did you include your iLok account info? Have you checked the Available Licenses in your iLok account? This being the "user" conference, getting eyes on by an Avid employee might not be the fastest route:o

It's now in my account. It took them like a whole day after payment.

But the one that was supposed to be delivered as a gift, was also assigned to my account, and that's just wrong. I had to login with the other iLok account just to be able to deposit that one into that iLok account.

Anyway, at least both are working now.
